Bonn – Monza

Germany has lived now more than 20 years with 2 administrative capitals: Bonn and Berlin. True, 500km in between don’t help. Still some think that now Bonn could survive pretty well without ministries and Berlin could be more efficient with 100% of the government under one roof.

In Italy the Lega is suggesting to move key ministries to the tiny city of Monza, south of Milan.

Zeitgeist? Nonsense.

Moving ministries to the North is perfectly in line with their affirmations about:

    1) Padania not being Italy (foreign ministries as Italian diplomatic representation then?)
    2) The Roman bureaucratic apparatus stealing money (doubling representations is exactly what is needed to cut expenditures)
    3) Meritocracy to be applied in State’s relations with regions: the rich North produces output and must be rewarded (exactly what happened with their leader’s son, which failed school 3 times but nonetheless was inserted top down in a regional council and now earns 10,000 euros/month)

Secondo me e’ solo un modo per fare caciara..la lega e’ un cane che abbaia ma non morde, o almeno, la testa non lo fa!

    PS
anche a me piace l’estate in Germania! non vedo l’ora di esserci…qui a Roma ho portato il pantaloncino demi-saison 3gg, oggi già clima da spiaggia…so sticky!!
